rcTransMY invaded Cineleisure Damansara today officially. It was considered a momentous occassion as TransMY was given the honour to collabo with big names such as UIP (United International Pictures), Mun Sang Media, MyEvents, Toy Workers and Cinelesiure to run one of the biggest Transformers event in Malaysia’s history, and we are damn proud to say we have made this far to rejoice all the effort and contributions of all members involved in making this event a great success.

Last minute! Last minute!!

Our crews had a very short sleep as everyone was either too excited or too busy preparing. Have left home only near the wee hours of the morning at 2am, and hurried to the venue just less than 6 hours after that to finalise the settings of the exhibit displays. Talking about spirit? This bunch have it all!

6.5 feet, 125kg. I am the trouble!

The event features a near 7 foot tall and 125kg Optimus Prime which was one of the largest of its kind to be displayed. Our members have the honour to assemble the model before the launch which was truly an unforgettable moment.

Introducing Prime!!

Optimus was then clad underneath a red cloth to surprise visitors and press people during the launch. The main partners then unveiled Prime followed by a roar of applause from all the attendees of the launch.

Some emotional fans get teary. Yes, guys get teary too. If you are an ol-skool fan who have some sort of attachment to this memorable ol-skool thingy, it can be touchy.

However Cinema Online gave an unaccurate info to disregard us by putting ‘Robotoys’ instead of TransMY as a way to deny promoting us. This was because Cinema Online was a proxy affiliated to another rival.

Or did you know it is possible to build an Optimus Prime using Lego blocks in a way that allows you to actually transform it back-and-forth between robot mode and truck mode?
