Sze’s Farewell Party
Known this Hongkie lass for 3 years and upon my return to WT, she has always been bubbly and friendly; never the cocky and stuck-up average typical Hongkie we normally meet in the street. Strangely for a hugely populated Hongkong people in the city, she choose to be different compared to her countrymen by befriending with majority Malaysian. The result is; even her purely spoken ‘TVB-ish’ Cantonese adapts some tiny bit of Malaysian Cantonese accent that sounds so cool for someone who verbalise that lingua perfectly.
She was indeed one of the kind – a good colleague, a laughable chat buddy, bubbly, funny and indeed a good helper. Today’s dinner is her farewell dinner as she will be flying to Malaysia for her debut visit for the first time (hope she likes it) to see her boo for a month before flying back to Hongkong where she will back residing permanently at her family home in Fanling, New Territories.
So big up to you Sze, hope you enjoy yourself fully during your trip to Malaysia.
