For the first time I got my broadband disconnected because I missed the payment date. Not only the first one reminder; I even ‘ignored’ the 2nd reminder (by accident)! The result is I am made net-less for 3 days until being reconnected just recently.
I was quite worried about reconnection fees, but I was lucky that just a phone call solve the whole matter in an hour, and my ‘lifeline’ is being returned back to me in one hour.
The lesson of the day is ‘thou shalt not procrastinate!’
